Plans change. This policy explains how Fast Booking Hub handles cancellations, changes and refunds for travel booked through us. The rules of the airline or other supplier always come first, and we will explain them to you before you book.
Cancelling a booking
- Contact us as soon as you know you need to cancel, by phone at +1 (888) 401-4158 or by email at support@fastbookinghub.online.
- Where a supplier offers a free cancellation window, we will cancel within that window at no charge from us.
- Outside that window, the refund depends on the fare rules. Non-refundable fares may return only the unused government taxes, or nothing at all.
Changing a booking
Many tickets can be changed for a supplier fee plus any difference in fare. Some cannot be changed at all. We will tell you the total cost of a change before making it, and nothing is changed without your agreement.
Our service fee
Our service fee covers the work involved in researching and issuing your booking. Once a booking has been issued, the fee is normally non-refundable, except where we made an error or the law says otherwise. Any fee for making a change or processing a refund will be shown before you agree.
Cancellations by the supplier
If an airline or other supplier cancels your booking or makes a major change, you may be entitled to a refund or an alternative. We will help you claim what the supplier offers and pass on the refund once we receive it.
How long refunds take
Refunds are paid back to the original payment method. We process our part promptly, but suppliers often take several weeks to return funds. We will keep you updated on progress.
No-shows
If you do not travel and do not cancel in advance, the booking is usually treated as a no-show and the remaining value may be lost.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs and disruption. It can protect you in situations that fare rules do not.
