These terms apply to your use of this website and to any travel arrangements you make through Fast Booking Hub, a trading name of Nodex Global LLC. By using the site or asking us to book, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
Our role
We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, car rental firms, transfer operators and cruise lines. Your travel contract is with the supplier, and each supplier's own conditions of carriage or terms of service apply in addition to these terms.
Quotes and prices
- Quotes are based on availability at the time they are given and are not guaranteed until payment is received and the booking is confirmed.
- Suppliers can change prices or withdraw seats without notice. If this happens before ticketing, we will tell you and offer alternatives.
- Your quote shows the base fare, taxes and our service fee separately.
Your responsibilities
- Give names exactly as shown on each traveller's passport or ID and check all booking details as soon as you receive them.
- Make sure every traveller holds valid passports, visas, health documents and any transit permits required for the whole journey.
- Arrive at the airport, port or meeting point in good time and follow the supplier's check-in rules.
Payment
Payment is taken through secure processors. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been authorised and we have issued written confirmation. Card verification checks may be required to prevent fraud.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations depend on the fare or rate rules set by the supplier. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we handle them and what fees may apply.
Schedule changes and disruption
Suppliers may change schedules, aircraft or routings. We will pass on any changes we are told about and help you with options, but we are not responsible for the supplier's decisions.
Liability
We are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Use of this website
The content on this website is for general information. You may not copy, scrape or misuse it, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
